Proof of work
Before and after clips, a finished kitchen, a roof on time. Postdom builds posts around what your site says you do.
Written from your website · In your brand · Approved by you
Social media marketing for construction companies has to compete with the job itself for the owner's evenings. Postdom turns your website into ready-to-post videos, slideshows and single images in your brand, and posts only what you approve, so finished work gets seen without a site visit to film it.
No card needed. Nothing posts until you approve it.
People hire a builder on trust. They want to see that the work is finished properly, that the crew turns up and that the price was honest. Construction is also the trade where the best photographs are taken by people who are too busy to post them.
Postdom reads your site, learns your services and how you work, and turns that into posts you approve. It is built for the owner who would rather be on site.
Before and after clips, a finished kitchen, a roof on time. Postdom builds posts around what your site says you do.
How an estimate works, what a permit involves, why a job takes the weeks it takes. These are the questions that fill your inbox.
Nothing goes out until you approve it. Skip the post that mentions a job you have not finished.
The Free plan needs no card. It makes 1 post a month from your website and connects 2 accounts, Instagram and TikTok. Free posts keep the Postdom watermark.
It is the cheapest way to see whether your site tells your story well enough to post. Starter is $39 a month for 30 posts, about $1.30 a post.
A contractor often has no office and no marketing person, so the phone is the whole funnel. A steady feed makes the phone ring with people who already know what you do and what a job looks like.
Pick two or three trades and post about those, not everything you could do. A feed that says 'kitchens and bathrooms' is easier to hire than one that says 'any building work'.
A home builder sells a big, slow decision, so the audience is people who are months from deciding. Posts that explain the process, the stages and the choices keep a builder in view the whole time.
Stage-by-stage clips of one build, from slab to handover, are a natural series. So is an explainer on what is included in a base price and what is an upgrade.
Reels suit construction because the work moves. A wall going up, a roof being finished or a bathroom reveal shows a result in seconds. Short before and after clips are the format people watch to the end.
Postdom makes Reels in your brand from your site. Videos are real clips and photos with native text boxes, music and an optional voiceover. They post to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
Slideshows post to Instagram too, and suit a project from first plan to finished room.
TikTok sends videos to homeowners who are thinking about a project and are not following any builder. Plain answers work: what a deck costs to build, what to check on a quote, why a job needs a permit.
Postdom writes the hook and on-screen text in your tone and builds the video from real clips and photos. The platform's AI label is on by default for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube posts.
Postdom can only work from what it has. These five habits give it, and you, better material, and none of them takes more than a few minutes a day.
Take the same photo from the same spot on day one and on the last day. A before and after needs both.
Shoot a short clip of any step a customer would not normally see, such as the framing before it is closed in.
Check the frame before you post. Workers on a roof or a ladder should be wearing the protection the job requires.
Ask the homeowner before you post their home, their street or their children, and write the answer down.
Add the finished project, with a line about what it was, to your website. Postdom writes from your site.
Several US states require a contractor to show a licence number in advertising. California is the best known example: Business and Professions Code section 7030.5 requires a licensed contractor's number in all forms of advertising, and the Contractors State License Board says that includes any website or post that solicits business online. Check your own state licensing board.
OSHA's fall protection standards for construction are in 29 CFR 1926 Subpart M. A clip showing a worker on a roof edge without protection is evidence against you as well as a poor advert. Review the frame before you approve a post.
Get permission before showing an occupied home. A before photo can show a family's belongings, and the street can identify them.
'Licensed and insured', 'warranty', 'on time' and 'on budget' are claims, and consumer protection law treats them like any other. Say only what your contracts support.
These notes are general information, not legal advice. Postdom does not check a post against these rules. Your approval is the check, so read each post with them in mind.
Postdom reads your services, your trades, your area and your tone. Each thing it learned shows its source.
Videos, slideshows and single images arrive in your brand. Postdom makes them from real clips and photos with native text boxes.
Add your licence number if your state asks for it. At your first approval you connect Instagram or TikTok.
Each choice shapes the next posts. Postdom offers to post a type without review after 9 of your last 10 are approved unedited, and you can turn it off.
Most builders start on Free or Starter. A larger firm can give each division its own workspace.
Paid plans include every format and all nine platforms, and can remove the watermark. Free connects 2 accounts on any platform.

Finished projects, before and afters, how quotes and permits work, and clips of crews doing the work. Post about the two or three trades you most want to be hired for.
Postdom makes videos from real clips and photos using what your website says. A site with project pages gives it much more to work with, so add finished jobs to the site.
No. Add it when you edit a post if your state asks for it. Postdom does not check a post against any licensing rule, so you are the check.
Yes. TikTok and Instagram both show video to local people who do not follow you. Say where you work in the post.
Postdom posts to TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook Reels, X, Snapchat Stories, Threads and Bluesky. Videos publish to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn.
