Postdom for Shopify: FAQ
What does Postdom read from my store?+
Your products: titles, descriptions, prices, product types, tags and photos. It does not read orders or customers, and it never changes your store.
Where do posts go?+
To the TikTok and Instagram accounts you connect. Nothing posts until you approve it.
When do approved posts go out?+
At the next open time: two a day per account, at 9am and 7pm in your timezone, and never between 10pm and 7am. You can change this in Postdom.
Can I change a post?+
Yes. Choose "Edit in Postdom" on the post to change the words, the style or the music.
How do I change plan?+
Open the Plan tab in the app and choose "Change plan". Shopify shows the plans and bills you.
Can I use it before connecting an account?+
Yes. Approved posts are saved, and they are scheduled once you connect TikTok or Instagram.
What happens if I uninstall?+
Posting stops at once. Your data is kept for 30 days in case you come back, then deleted.
