Head to head, 2026

Pippit AI vs Postdom: features, pricing and verdict for 2026

Pippit AI vs Postdom comes down to who does the work: Pippit is a creative studio with a free plan, from ByteDance, the maker of CapCut, where you prompt its video and image agents and then publish to TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, while Postdom reads your website and hands you finished posts to approve. Postdom is an AI social media tool that turns your website into ready-to-post videos, slideshows and single images in your brand, and posts the ones you approve to nine platforms, including TikTok and Instagram. Pippit wins on its free plan. Postdom is the pick if you want the posts made and posted for you.

No card needed. Nothing posts until you approve it.

Updated 8 October 2026.

Why choose Postdom over Pippit AI

  • Nothing to prompt. Paste your website and Postdom reads your logo, colours, fonts, tone, what you do and who it's for. Pippit's agents start from the link, media, file or prompt you give each time.
  • More places to post. Postdom posts to nine platforms. Pippit's publisher supports TikTok, Facebook and Instagram (Pippit help centre, checked 8 October 2026).
  • The formats are built on what gets views. Postdom videos put the hook in on-screen text over real clips and photos. In Postdom's study of 1,272 TikToks and Reels from 160 accounts, on-screen hook text went with 1.79x an account's usual views, and spoken-only hooks went with 0.62x.
  • You approve in one tap, and it learns. Nothing posts until you approve it. Approved posts go out at 9am and 7pm in your time zone. Once 9 of your last 10 posts of one type are approved without edits, Postdom offers to post that type for you.
  • A price in posts, not credits. Starter is $39 a month for 30 posts in any format, and skipped posts don't count. Pippit's paid plans are sold in credits.

Pippit AI pricing

Pippit has a Free plan with free daily credits and no card. Paid plans are Starter, Plus and Pro, sold in credits, and Starter is the first plan that lists watermark removal (Pippit pricing page, checked 8 October 2026). Pippit sets paid prices by region and shows them in the visitor's local currency. Its page did not show us a US dollar price, so we don't quote one. From our location it listed Starter at A$21 a month on monthly billing, Plus at A$51 and Pro from A$112, all in Australian dollars, with promotional prices below those. Check Pippit's pricing page for the price in your currency.

Making the content

Pippit: a creative studio. Its video agent takes a link, media or a file as a reference, and there are tools for viral-video remixes, AI talking photos, AI characters, product photos, posters, background removal and batch editing. You pick what to make and steer each result.

Postdom: social formats that already work on TikTok and Instagram. Your For You feed fills with finished posts built from real clips and photos with native text boxes, music and optional voiceover. The Create section has Videos, Slideshows, Single images and Remix.

Approval and posting

Pippit lets you link social accounts, schedule and publish to TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, and add TikTok Shop links to TikTok videos. Its analytics cover TikTok for now (Pippit help centre, checked 8 October 2026).

Postdom schedules what you approve at 9am and 7pm in your time zone, with quiet hours overnight. Nothing posts until you approve it. The AI label is on by default for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube posts.

Postdom posts to nine platforms in total. Videos go to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn. Slideshows go to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

Where Pippit AI wins

  • It's free to use. Pippit's Free plan gives free daily credits with no card, which goes further than Postdom's Free plan of 1 post a month.
  • A lower entry price. Pippit's Starter listed at A$21 a month in Australian dollars, the currency its page showed us, before promotions. That is well below Postdom's Starter at $39, though Pippit's prices vary by region.
  • ByteDance and CapCut behind it. Pippit is run by ByteDance, the company behind CapCut and TikTok (Pippit privacy policy, checked 8 October 2026), and its site says it is powered by CapCut. TikTok Shop links in videos are built in.
  • More creative tools. Product photos, posters, background removal, batch editing and a choice of AI characters, beside video.

Postdom is still the pick for a small business that wants posts made and posted for it. Pippit gives you the tools; Postdom reads your website, makes the posts, posts the ones you approve to nine platforms and learns what you like.

Where Postdom wins

  • It starts from your website. Postdom reads your brand and what you sell, so you don't brief it or prompt it for each post.
  • Finished posts, not tools. Your For You feed fills with ready-to-post videos, slideshows and single images in your brand.
  • Formats people save. In Postdom's study of 1,278 TikTok posts, photo slideshows drew 51 saves per 100 likes, 4.5 times the rate for videos. Postdom makes both.
  • Nine platforms. Including YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads and Bluesky, which Pippit's publisher doesn't list.
  • Earned autopilot. Postdom offers to post a type without review only after 9 of your last 10 were approved without edits.
  • API and MCP on every plan. Your own AI agent, or Claude and ChatGPT, can make and post through Postdom.

Pippit AI review

Pippit is ByteDance's AI creative studio, covered by the same terms as CapCut and CapCut Commerce Pro. It is strong for e-commerce sellers on TikTok: free daily credits, video and image agents, remixes of viral videos, AI talking photos, product photos and TikTok Shop links, with scheduling to TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.

Its limits for a small business are the work it leaves with you and its reach. You still decide what to make, prompt it and pick results. It posts to three platforms, and its analytics cover TikTok only for now (Pippit help centre, checked 8 October 2026). Paid plans are sold in credits and priced by region, which makes the cost per post hard to predict.

Our verdict: Pippit is a very good free studio if you enjoy making content. If you want a steady stream of finished, on-brand posts without the making, Postdom fits better.
