## Is the Free plan permanent?

Yes. Free is a permanent $0 plan with 1 connected account and 10 successful destination-publishes per month. It blocks at the cap with an upgrade prompt.

## What counts as a publish?

One video going live on one destination counts as one successful destination-publish. Scheduled, queued, and failed destinations do not count.

## What happens above the monthly publish allowance?

Paid plans continue at $0.20 per successful destination-publish past the monthly cap. Free blocks at its cap instead of creating overage.

## Can I pay annually?

Yes. Starter is $490/yr, Growth is $1,490/yr, Scale is $4,990/yr. Annual base plans are billed upfront. Publish allowances and overage remain monthly, not pooled across the year. The 2 months free discount applies to the base plan, not overage. Free stays free; Platform annual terms are negotiated.

## Can I remove Postdom branding?

"Powered by Postdom" appears on Free and by default on all plans. Paid workspaces can remove it in settings; Scale white-label client workspaces default to branding off.

## Which plan includes custom domains?

Custom domains are included on Scale. Platform is a custom, sales-led plan for multi-tenant use.
